Un pur bonheur&nbsp;!!! La pratique du yoga fait maintenant partie de ma vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toi, merci belle Lyne.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;C\u2019est une occasion de toucher en profondeur \u00e0 toutes les dimensions du yoga, tant physique que spirituel dans un lieu paradisiaque. Lyne nous accompagne dans cette d\u00e9marche en nous partageant ses connaissances avec g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, ouverture et respect du rythme de chacun. Son enthousiasme est contagieux et motivant. L\u2019harmonie et la solidarit\u00e9 qu\u2019elle cr\u00e9e avec le groupe nous supportent et nous enveloppent. Cette retraite se fait dans la joie et l\u2019humour aussi. Je reviens encore plus convaincue d\u2019int\u00e9grer le yoga et la m\u00e9ditation de fa\u00e7on quotidienne \u00e0 ma vie.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2014Suzanne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Une retraite de yoga avec Lyne St-Roch, c\u2019est un voyage en douceur \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de soi dans un endroit magnifique, charg\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie, propice au calme et \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente.
